This session is designed for those who do not have their business entity set up yet and need direction on the most beneficial approach. Our Flat Fee Business Foundations Package starts at $825 plus state filing fees. It includes advice on the most beneficial legal structure of your business, the creation and filing of your formation documents (Articles of Incorporation) with the Secretary of State and obtaining your Federal EIN. Other documents, such as operating agreements, can also be added for an additional flat fee.
